In addition to business psychology and transformational coaching, Xavier followed several courses through the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA) and a university study in Manchester, England. He has received several certifications, including Certified Practitioner in Emotional Skills and Competencies (ESaC), Evaluating Truth and Credibility (ETaC) and, recently, Certified Six Channel Analysis Coder (SCAnS) for being able to read and scientifically interpret Nonverbal and Verbal behaviour.

As a behaviour analyst, Xavier completed university studies (MSc) in Communication, Behavior and Credibility Analysis and graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). He provides services -with a solid background in sales- in the field of behavior analysis, culture and leadership development, advice, shadow management, person-oriented research, lectures and training.

Behavioural analysis and personal development are his fields of expertise par excellence. With a great sense of responsibility, he enjoys contributing to the success of others from a leading – and therefore serving – role.

As a person, he is creative and driven to find opportunities for improvement, focussing on achieving results to support sustainable employment relationships and the effectiveness of people, teams and departments. He believes in an energetic, positive approach.
