Executive coaching is meant for entrepreneurs (DMS) and senior managers, who -temporarily- need guidance during important times in their careers. We offer this guidance with the idea in mind that it is extremely important that you are fully equipped in your task of being a leader. It is of great benefit to you to be able to make the most of your capacities, especially during this time.
Sometimes the need may arise to evaluate your own goals and possibly define what they are again. Sometimes there may be a need to answer questions like: ‘how can I work more effectively, or how can I change around small things so that I can better develop myself and enjoy my work more?’
We help you with achieving the clarity you hope to find by choosing the best course for yourself. Our coaching makes sure you obtain the insight in your personal dynamics and how this relates to your environment and organisation.
Apart from this, we also help you evaluate the effectiveness of your performance and to make the next step with regards to your personal leadership. We help you figure out what your goals are, say, your purpose. With, of course, the question: do you act towards reaching your purpose every day, or are you distracted?
We will be looking for a deeper purpose, in search of your full potential… your possibilities are endless and already present inside you.
And, last but not least, how is your personnel? Are they doing what they’re supposed to, or are they -for whatever reason- lacking something?
Some examples of possible subjects:
Managing during times of change
Aiming towards the (your) purpose
The balance between the substantial side of your function and maintaining overview.
