Xavier focusses on the coaching of individuals, groups and teams concentrating on leadership development, effectivity and the creation of constructive partnerships.
Xavier acts when persons and/or organisations have reached an unwanted work environment which they would like to improve and restructure.
He creates the conditions to realign a company’s basic elements, both on a human and an organisational level. He manages this, for instance, by addressing individuals by their specific talents, and giving them the opportunity to use these talents for the advancement of the organisation. His motto: a collective responsibility, stemming from everyone’s unicity, skills and motivations, contributing to the success of all parties concerned.
“Leadership starts with personal leadership. Developing yourself and growing from it takes time and effort, but the rewards are plentiful! It is your personal development that directly controls your quality of life and ultimately your success.”
Xavier has studied, among other things, organisational psychology as well as (transformational) training and coaching. His versatility stems from his experience as a manager in various sectors, where effective behaviour, customer orientation and the creation of valuable collaborations are the main point of focus.
Besides working as a trainer and a coach, Alice is also a therapist with ‘Praktijk Immens.’
Her professional background includes service as a military policewoman for the Royal Military Police Department (KMAR), after which she switched careers to work in banking and insurance. During this time, Alice gained experience in management and commercial functions. After this, she studied to be a trainer/coach and worked as a career advisor.
Alice started her own company in 2004. She wanted to be available to advise people with questions regarding matters on leadership development, change management, employability and health.
This combination of working as a therapist and a trainer/coach is her passion. Alice knows, both literally and figuratively, to point exactly where it hurts and solve the cause of the problem. Because of this, she manages to achieve results faster.
Her enthusiasm is contagious. Alice has a focussed approach with a consideration for people and their wellbeing. She connects with people in a simple and easy manner. She knows how to apply theory quickly and practically, meaning that it is possible to integrate it immediately in daily practice.
